FSF Shoreleave on Day 2 is under way! The crew is slowly waking up for an action filled day of registering for the convention tomorrow (highlights include Christopher Judge, John DeLancie, Cliff Simon, and Trisha Helfer), eating at Outback Steakhouse for the traditional dinner, and a whole host of other things! After much deliberation the higher powers within the FSF have decided to merge two of the groups fleets, Omega and Delta with now merge in to a single fleet and unify under the Delta Fleet banner. After the loss of FSF Josh, Delta yearned for a strong leader, a leader who has now been found in FSF Falk, one of the more experienced and long serving Fleet Command members within the FSF.

Along with a new CO, Delta welcomes new hosts and new games in to the family. FSF Lensman and Phalon come across hosting the USS Stargazer, while FSF Rebel and FSF Mackenzie helm the Circus of the Damned simulation. FSF Lensman also helps FSF Falk run the SG-10, stargate simulation!
A new fleet outlook for the coming 2011, more players, more staff and a lot more fun to be had!

Change has come to Delta Fleet as it’s commanding officer, FSF Josh, has stepped down from the position.
Well, as time continues to pass, as circumstances change, it comes time to make some adjustments. Given my time lately, I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to simplify my situation.
Having started a band in the last few months, as well as increased my workload to support myself, it’s become increasingly difficult for me to set aside certain time to get things accomplished. And even with my free time, having a lot to do definitely makes it easy to miss some aspects.

Thus, with me needing to better manage my time, I’ll be stepping down as Delta Fleet’s CO. I still love the recent changes we made, including the new site, and I hope to see some fruitage come from that new site. The social media integration was a little experiment, one that I’m looking to test more in the FSF.
With Delta Fleet off my shoulders, I’ll be dedicating the vast majority of my FSF time to working on the community and some renewed/new pursuits therein. …
Josh’s original resignation was put in October 26th and is slated to take full effect by this week.
