Delta Fleet Staff Rules

The following guidelines show how Delta Fleet staff are organized, showing their primary duties as well.
Delta Fleet Command: Delta Fleet Command is the oversight body responsible for maintaining Delta Fleet. These will be the ones that are there to assist sim hosts with their sims. Delta Fleet Command is also the body that answers to FSF Fleet Command and Administration. Thus, Delta Fleet Command is responsible for turning in monthly Fleet Reports to the FSF, as well as maintaining a clean and appropriate website for the fleet.
- Delta Fleet Commanding Officer: The Delta Fleet Commanding Officer (CO) is responsible for the overall operation of the fleet. He/She is the public face for the fleet. They are responsible for watching over the sims of Delta Fleet and are the ones that sim hosts will come to for assistance. The Fleet CO is also the final authority in the fleet.
- Delta Fleet Executive Officer: The Delta Fleet Executive Officer (XO) is the CO's assistant. They are available to assist sim hosts with their sims and are also able to take issues and problems to the CO. The Fleet XO is also in charge of recruitment in the fleet and, with help from the Recruiting Officer, will work on getting Delta Fleet sims known to the general public, helping to get more simmers for the fleet.
Delta Fleet Staff: These people are assistants to Delta Fleet Command. Each works in a specific area to help out Delta Fleet.
- Recruiting Officer: The Recruiting Officer works closely with the Fleet XO. The Recruiting Officer is the person through whom Delta hosts will interact for recruiting. Delta hosts will send their sim advertisements to the Recruiting Officer, who will then work with the Delta Fleet XO in getting those advertisements out. (This position is an assistant to the Delta Fleet XO)
- Community Officer: The Community Officer works to keep an active community in Delta Fleet. This includes posting in sim lounges to encourage the crews to post, as well as keeping the main Delta boards active. They also are free to organize Delta Fleet community games, such as trivia. They work under the supervision of Delta Fleet Command.
Delta Fleet Hosts: These are the working force of Delta Fleet. These people work hard to keep their sims operating efficiently. Delta Fleet hosts are responsible for running their sims and to report any major problems to Delta Fleet Command. Delta Hosts are required to turn in monthly sim reports, operate a working and appropriate website for their sim, and to keep Delta Fleet Command apprised of their sim status.
Fleet Rules: Delta Fleet Hosts are required to turn in their sim reports by the 11th of each month. Each report requires the AMS generated data, a sim summary containing In Character (IC) information for the month in question, an Out of Character (OOC) summary of the past month, and an organized list of promotions and removals (as generated by the AMS). Email and message board sims must give post counts. Live sims must include weekly attendances. | |
